My favorite softball memory was playing in Florida for an All-American Tournament and winning!

FAVORITE TOPIC TO TEACH AND WHY

I love teaching catching, because as a catcher you are in control of the pace and the game. I think it’s super important to have a strong catcher as part of your team to help the pitcher and the fielders keep a level head during the game.

FAVORITE THING ABOUT TEACHING SOFTBALL

I love the moment that it clicks for the girls, the moment when it makes sense. It makes teaching so ‘Werth’ (pun intended) it because they truly understand it.

FUNNY/INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT YOU (NOT SOFTBALL RELATED)Everyone calls me ‘Kruse’ or ‘Kruser’I am a huge Disney nerd, and I actually worked there for 6 months.

I have two black belts: one in Karate and a second one in Krav Maga.

I also really enjoy math and statistics.
