AWS FALL & WINTER UPDATES

We’ve been busy behind the scenes at Amanda Werth Softball, and we’re excited for what’s ahead!

Private Lessons & Instructor Availability: Our offseason schedule is filling up! While Amanda is not currently accepting new private lesson clients, Coach Abby Kruse has availability for players looking to improve their hitting, fielding, catching, baserunning, and overall softball IQ. She’s a fantastic option for younger players looking to build confidence and consistency!

Coaches Alyssa and Reagan will also continue offering lessons, although their availability will be more limited and may vary from week to week. We encourage families looking for consistent weekly lessons to consider booking with Kruse!

A Farewell to Coach Lexi: We’re sending a HUGE congratulations to Coach Lexi as she prepares to move to Illinois to pursue her dream of becoming a Physician Assistant (PA)! While we’re certainly going to miss her at AWS, we couldn’t be more excited for her as she takes this next step toward a career she’s worked so hard for! We’re incredibly grateful for the time, energy, and knowledge she’s shared with our athletes, and we know she’s going to do amazing things!

Pitching Lessons: All new pitchers must complete our Pitching Onboarding Class before beginning private pitching lessons. It’s a great way to build a strong foundation and introduce players and parents to the mechanics of pitching!

MONTHLY 4 HOUR TEAM CAMPS

Four hours. Two experienced coaches. One incredible opportunity to get your entire team better!

We’re excited to offer our 4-Hour Team Camps, designed specifically for teams looking to take their offseason development to the next level!

Instead of squeezing skill development into a typical hour-long practice, these camps give us the time to really break things down, work with athletes individually, and put everything together in a team setting.

Each camp can be customized to your team’s needs, incorporating hitting, defensive fundamentals, baserunning, softball IQ, game situations, and more!

For just $80 per player, your team receives:

• Four full hours of focused instruction
• Two experienced AWS coaches
• Facility rental included
• A snack for each player
• An AWS camp T-shirt

We’re especially encouraging teams to consider scheduling one camp per month throughout the offseason! This creates an opportunity for us to introduce skills, give athletes time to practice them independently, and build on their progress at the next camp. Rather than trying to accomplish everything in one session, we can create a consistent, progressive development plan for your entire team.

At just $20 per player, per hour, it’s an incredible value for quality instruction, individual attention, and team development.

Upcoming Clinics: We’re working on our fall and winter clinic schedules, including a special catching clinic with Amanda and Kruse over Christmas break! More details and registration information will be released soon.
