4 hours of Baserunning mechanics, footwork, and strategy. Perfect for girls of all ages. We will stress form and smart baserunning. Our session will also include regular, hook, and popup slides as well as divebacks. And no – this is not just 4 hours of running, promise!
We will break girls up into groups based on age. This class will also have a snack break in between – and believe it or not this is not just 4 hours of running!
*Please have the girls wear softball pants OR sweatpants with spandex underneath!
